To all designers, thank you very much for all your creative logo designs! Today I will choose a winner and finalize this project. Again, my very sincere thanks for your participation. Best Regards!
Thank you dragonfire00700 for your creative entries. The roofs are too tall and steep. And I don't like the font.
XpertDesignsTeam, thank you. Your design has potential. But maybe with the color combo in draft#88...or using that blue with silver.
Thank you angleart, chizpopo, omkara, Achiver, and devarts for you new entries! All of them are nice logos but I still don't get as excited as I did about draft #78. Drafts #113, #112, #101, #103, and #105 Are the strongest so far.
angleart, thank you for your new entries. I like the font on draft #101. All 3 of these have a nice look. However, remember that my message is changing direction. The reason the draft #78 works so well is because each of the 3 gables is facing a different direction...so the property is Turning About. (2 to 4 gables would be fine)
Okay! I was just about to pick draft #78 as the winner. But admin said it was not available, and has extended my contest another 4 days. Please submit original works of a similar look and feel as draft #78. I like the way the roof line changes directions. (communicates my message of turning a property situation to a new direction) I also like the font and the way TURNABOUT is framed by underline and overline, although that is not absolutely necessary. I like the color combo of blue and silver, or blue and gold. Thanks!
Designers. We have extended the contest. client likes the idea of rooftops going in different directions. Client likes the font under the concept playing with the idea of 2 rows and underlines and over lines with the company name.
THank you CuteCindy for trying to accomodate me with all those fine reinditions of my example. And much gratitude to all the new entries and creative designs. Tomorrow is the last day of my project, so I will give these some very careful thought between now and then. Thanks again to all of you...and good night!
Wow! Thank you all very much for so many terrific designs to choose from! I appreciate all the variations from my example in draft #10 using the script font. I'm not sure that a script font is ideal though so I'd like to see some of these with other fonts.
ongyudicandra, I keep getting drawn back to your draft #20. While I don't want to see the symbolism of going round in circles, I must say that you have acheived a very powerful look with the 3D effect.
I love the way those 2 arrows look so real that you can almost reach in behind the text and touch the little plastic house-arrows. That little shadow is awesome and the font looks very professional! I like the colors too.
I'd like to see something with that same powerful 3D look and similar font that depicts changing direction 180 degrees and also symbolizes real estate property...but not necessarily like the house-arrow combo in #20.
CuteCindy, I like you drafts #35 and #36. Could you let me see that without the script font? I like the dark blue, but I'd like to see a gold color that looks like metal...maybe bronze is the right word.
sallu, I like you draft #29. Except the houses are a little too tall. Could I see that with a non-script font and using the same blue, but with a matalic bronze 2nd color?
chizpopo, I like your draft #38, so there is some potential with it. But maybe with some of the changes I mentioned above.
3D: Like I said above, the 3D effect in draft #20 is very powerful, so if you are able to incorporate that, it would be a big plus. I have seen some other logos that had an almost tangible look, like you could pick it up in your hand; almost like it was a photograph of an object...as opposed to simply a 2D drawing.
But I'm not sure that would be better that what's already on the table...I'd just like to see it and compare.
Overall I'm happy with current progress and look forward to seeing what you all come up with next.
Again, thanks for all your entries!
Wow! These are some very nice entries. I am confident now that by the end of the contest I will have a great logo to be proud of. I am tired this evening, but tomorrow I will give more detailed feedback. Goodnight! And thanks for all your good designs.
TURNABOUT PROPERTY SOLUTIONS LLC:
Thanks for all the new entries! So far I like Drafts #14 and #20...very strong.
Drafts #13 and #15 are interesting concepts, but not quite what I have in mind.
DXYNER, your design could have some potential, with the name change of course.
Antony, #17 is not displaying...just an X.
Draft #16 is unique twist with the R turned around, but needs something more.
graphantastic, the u's turning around is interesting, different, but it might grow on me.
Draft #19, the "dream home" idea could work, but the drawing is too basic.
I would like to see some designs using the font I used in Draft#10...and keep in mind that I just through that together myself, so anyone if free to copy it as much as you like, but with more professional imaging.
Thanks again for all your entries! I look forward to seeing more.
PLEASE NOTE IMPORTANT CHANGE:
First, thank you all very much for your creative designs! I apologize, but there was a problem with filing my company name. So I have amended it as follows...The company name will be TURNABOUT PROPERTY SOLUTIONS LLC. Please use this full company name in the logo...and Please also use "LLC" in a smaller font. As a guide, I would like something along the lines of draft #10, which I created myself. (using MS Paint...lol) Don't think your design must be exactly like that. It is just a guide. But I do like it and would like something similar. This will be a 2 color logo. I would like to see some variations using blues, greens, and gold or bronze (not yellow). Also, for the word TURNABOUT, think of it as changing directions as in, "about face", and not as a "merry-go-round" going round and round. We are offering SOLUTIONS to help distressed homeowners turn their situation around and relieve their troubles, hence "turn-about". To make up for the false start, I have added $25 to the prize and extended the contest for 3 more days. Please contact me or leave comments if there is something I should do to be a better client. Thank you! I look forward to seeing your entries.
