We are a commercial real estate investment and advisory firm that is owned and managed by three partners. We offer three primary services: 1. Tenant representation and consultation – We assist business owners in assessing their space needs, identifying the proper location, and negotiation of their lease or property acquisition. 2. Valuation, Research & Underwriting Services – We assist clients in evaluating and underwriting the values of large real estate loan portfolios. 3. Investments - We pursue value-add investment opportunities for a group of high net worth individuals and institutional investors. All three partners have worked for large institutional investment firms / hedge funds and are taking the skill sets we developed to pursue a more entrepreneurial venture. Our business model is based on the premise that we have similar capabilities to the large institutions, but that we are more nimble and have built a compensation structure that aligns our interests more closely with our clients and investors. As a group we have more than $2 billion in acquisition and development experience and approximately $1.5 billion in valuation/underwriting experience. |
