Ok! Just realized we are down to the wire. I am hoping someone can help. We really like #28 by Achiver and #15 Arifaridi. We like the top of #28 with the how the logo and picure are, and the banner across the bottom of the photo with "Experienced Selling and Buyer Agents"
BUT we also like #15 how it is very clear with the vertical columns of what each package we offer does. Basically, We like how the bottom half is laid out on #15 best. Can we merge these two design ideas together?!?! THANKS!
#12 by Arifariyadi does the best at differentiating both services.
We would also like the flyer to say somewhere that we are experienced Selling AND Buying agents.
Some spelling errors to worry about later after design is selected (Flyer not Flayer, etc)
Please use new uploaded logos (without .COM)
I am going to be adding the REALTOR Logo to the site that we would also like to be at the bottom of the flyer, small and in the right hand corner.
I just read where I am not supposed to have designers look at outside links (oops, sorry) so here is the list of services for our FLAT-FEE FULL SERVICE LISTINGS:
*MLS Listing with listing syndication on websites such as Realtor.com
*Customized Market Analysis
*Up to 25 Professional Photographs
*Professional house measuring and floor plan design
*List Assist FOR SALE Yard Sign
*Lockbox for convenience of showings
*Flyers with flyer template
*Centralized Showing Service for ease of scheduling showing
*Guidance from an experienced, licensed List Assist agent from listing to negotiations, and from contract through to closing!
It is important that we distinguish both options that we offer from each other.
We offer Limited Service Listings starting at $299.
We also offer FULL SERVICE flat-fee listings for $3,000. This is $500 upfront and $2500 at closing.
It is important on the Package Options Chart (shown in drafts #3-8) that the disclosure is there that the $3000 cost does not include a buyer agency fee which in which the market average is around 2.5% of the purchase price. The Savings chart (in #1 and #2) already include this (at 2.4%).
Draft #2: I like this draft but maybe try with a different home photo? Like the one of the home used in #3-8? Or our website photo of man and woman? Also, at the top the logo should read: Flat Fee Listings, Full Service Treatment.
Drafts #3-#8: #8 is probably the favorite of these, although I like most of them a lot. Two things on these (i.e. #8):
1: Separate Limited Service Listings more from all of the Full Service information on bottom half of page. All of the service for the Full Service Option are listed on the Left. Make it known that is for the Full Service Option.
2: On the "list" of FULL SERVICE, FlAT FEE LISTINGS on the left (not the chart), the first item in addition to the other things listed should be: MLS Listing w/ numerous syndicated websites such as Realtor.com
