to be fair I want to say we are very close to picking a design. I would not recommend spending significant time on this project unless I have sent you a request. I appreciate all the hard work and intend to pick the winner very shortly.
Tomorrow morning Tuesday, my branding coach will be going over the logos with me. He may flat out pick a logo, but if not, I will have great feedback. Please be patient as I expect to do this by 1015 am pacific standard time.
I am steering away from the blue and silver logos because the I really like the Brown with the bluish grey accent. I am not certain though so if you have a killer design, throw it up.
Also, an "N" reflected would create an "S" not sure if anyone wants to try a logo with a shadow or reflective image on the ground in front to give the appearance of an "S" . Could be an idea that does not work, but thought I would throw it out there. Let me know if that is not clear. Image an "N" standing and a light shining behind it. It would create an "S" on the ground with the shadow.
Most of the eliminated designs had some sort of house concept. I do not want a house concept. Just to reiterate, the ones on the right track went in 1 of 2 directions.
1. Sharp clean line logo with a lighting element as shown on a sphere such as a netscape.com logo. Another example I gave of was a logo such as tsegroup.com
It appears to have a frosted look or a sharp simple look. You can see the 3 boxes form a T in the center.
2. the option I am leaning towards if it comes out right is the earth tone logo. It would be brown/green or brown/blue. Example mcmoniglegroup.com
it is simple but elegant. It does not do too much. You can see how the colors would then be used on websites, brochures, post cards, etc. So even though the logo is small, it is part of a larger theme.
I'll give more individual feed back, but this may help people that seemed to ignore most of this info originally.
MycroBurst permits you to submit unlimited designs with unlimited variations. However, if you are providing 2 or 3 different color versions of the same logo in one draft, please make sure that if the particular draft gets finalized, each color version should be separated before you will send the final files.
