  Some comments:
  1. More blue on the bottom wave
  2. Different type of wave
  3. Different buildings that look more like condo buildings
  4. options of FILL color - lighter / darker /
  
  Here is what i do not want to change and need to keep the same:
  
  MUST HAVE:
  
  KEY SHAPE
  FILL COLLOR - the same in the entire key, only gradient changes from darker to lighter
  RAYDIANT - all the same color
  Wave Around Y to the left only
  Blue wave on the bottom, connecting smoothly to the word REALTY
  You can try Orange, Orange NEON colors to play with?
  TEETH OF THE KEY - to look like a building.

  Please be creative and offer me some different options of shape and colors.

  I like 434. Very nice work. Getting my idea correctly.
  LOGO SHOULD LOOK VERY REALISTIC LIKE A KEY WHEN YOU LOOK AT IT FROM THE DISTANCE. Buildings shoudl look like key teeth. Take out a key and look at it - put it in front of you. Copy it.
  1. Word REALTY should be outside of the key shape (under)
  2. No blue colors on top of the RAY
  3. Nothing outside of the key shape (Like Y right bend going to the right above the key shape). keep it in.
  4. Make a darker tone border around the key shape (maybe try blue as well? or darker shade orange to stand out more.
  5. Make the teeth of the key (buildings, look more like a part of the key, blended in, not sitting on top of the key.
  Another words, make a shape of the logo to look very realistic like a key. Look at any KEY you have and see...
  6. Colors: blue is ok on the bottom = water, top part make it darker orange or lighter yellow = sun. i love color scheme of 434.

  421 and 422, too many colors, too much blue, i dont like. #422 - realty should be in same colors, dont introduce purple, its too much, RA looks strange, blue on blue, change RAYDIANT font to WHITE, and leave only Y and word REALTY in blue. try different font. Thank you.

  I have extended the project for 3 more days. here is what i want to see. Please stick clearly to these suggestions so we can finalize the project:
  1. SHAPE: Silhouette of a key, buildings on top representing KEY teeth, not on top of the key, but without the bottom line.
  2. FILL THE SHAPE WITH COLOR: ORANGE inside, outside Darker Tone of Orange (border outline)
  3. PLACE WORD RAYDIANT inside the key, Y accentuated, left bend of the Y going above RA, and right bend of the Y connects to the top line of the KEY shaped silhouette.
  4. Place the word REALTY Under the Key shape, aligned with DIANT. Large enough to match Raydiant.
  5. Fill Circle where RAY is with symbols of SUN (Orange yellow gradient color on top, and symbol of the Ocean, blue on the bottom. Make it flow, looks almost like Ying and Yang Balance symbol, orange in one half, blue in the second half.
  No Black fonts.

  415 - please no line to the right of the Y over the key, also filling is too dark of the orange, font of the RAYDIANT i dont like. can you combine idea of 294 and 397? 397 is mostly nice, but i dont like black font. i like concept of 294 - but want to see more of a key silluette.

  ok, 413 - comments again: 1. word RAYDIANT all same color except letter Y. Key siluete - around RAYDIANT only, not the word realty, (See 397). Buildings should blend in and look more like a part of the key (maybe a little wider as well). Colors in 413 are good, but it looks too dark. stick to the concept of 398 and 397.

  396 is ok, but colors are still too dark, dont use black font
  use orange, white, blue, softer Y, different font, please bright colors, your 294 colors flow very well. more choices please.

  385 and 389 are cool ideas, can you give me some more variations. its a new concept. Make RAYDIANT FONT all one color and only Letter Y different color and make Realty bigger and more connected and bigger. also, blue only on the button - so it looks like an ocean and on top of the circle Orange and Yellow as a sun. Thank you.

  Ok, you are getting the idea. I like 390, but its too dark, i like its Y, but i like colors of 380 more, also, make the building symbol incorporated into the line of the key, connected. try 390 with lighter background, orange filling, yellow or white letters, blue Y, connected to the ocean. Word Realty a little bigger as well. Please some more variations, but concept of 390 is great. Make it look more like a SOLID KEY. Thank you so much. You are a wonderful designer.

  Designers, based upon your logos which you have submitted, I have come up with these additional suggestions: "Ray" should be the head and "diant" the body of the key. The whole key should be one solid fill color of (yellow, orange, white, black). "Raydiant" should be written in solid color as well (e.x. black, white, blue) "Realty" should be under the word "Raydiant" in a different solid color. The "Y" in "Raydiant" should be accentuated because it is misspelled intentionally. I still like the base of the 294 with the connection (bridge) of the "Y" going to the right and left. I like the incorporation of the blue underneath as a symbol for the ocean and the colors orange yellow for the sun.

  All designers, i like the fact that RAY is accentuated, but RAYDIANT is still one word. Make it the same color. Also, if RAY is a head of the KEY, and DIANT and Realty can be body of the key, to make a whole logo look like a key to the house. we just got this vision from one of the designs. 294 is still simple yet elegant design. Make a straight line over the DIANT from the RAY circle, and wrap it around REALTY under to connect back to the circle RAY. Play around with it; we are getting very close. Thank you.

  I still like # 294 and 342 the best. Here are other ideas: make RAYDIANT the same color - not white and orange - and also, extend the Line over DIANT - but a straight line, to make my logo RAYDIANT REALTY to look as a key! When you worked on other designs, i like the idea, but i had a vision of a KEY, make a logo into a KEY, connect RAY and DIANT as one word - i think it has to be one color. maybe Y can be a different color only.
  i like one line blue as an ocean symbol. But see if you can see KEY SYMBOL, maybe it will look good. Thank you!

  I love 294, but i want to see RAY and DIANT more connected as one word RAYDIANT. I also want to see a variance of Y turning into a "rainbow" and possibly pointing to the end of the word. i love the idea that Y is accentuated and blends in. Please work on it a bit more. Maybe also Letter Y connected to the right, to letter D to flow better, possibly changing color from white to blue or orange gradience as it flows out of the circle? I love this logo the best so far!

  I really like # 287. But Can you make word REALTY align with DIANT - justify font, and make REALTY a little bigger, it is important part of my logo :)
  Also, can you give me suggestions with different fonts? Also, maybe more life to the circle? embossed circle? shadowed circle? any other suggestions to make it more fun? SUN, OCEAN, LUXURY, HIGHRISE CONDO, yet modern and simple......
  maybe experiment with other collors?
  Also, brighter orange, NEON ORANGE, BLOOD ORANGE = POWER
  But please stick to your idea!

  I would like to see a logo incorporating "Raydiant" into the design. That is what people will remember, what will stick with them. Again, think of Radiance, Sun, Rays, Beach, Luxury, Florida, Ocean. Lets concentrate on RAYDIANT and not so much on the RR, I think it will make a difference! Again, please remember that RAYDIANT is intentionally misspelled!

  All designers! I like side by side R like #18, 19, 54. and i like Y accentuated like #28. I also want to see RR inside the highrise building. Please no REVERSE "R" and no houses. No green with Orange. Stick to bright Orange color and maybe add something else? Thank you so much for all your ideas.

  I like RR side by side, not reversed. Colors should be bright orange, eliminate the green. I would like to see some variations of RaYdiant, where Y is a ray, enhanced, or highlighted as well. The word RAYDIANT is misspelled - because of my last name RAY. MONOGRAM RR is good, just want to see something different. Eliminated houses, stick to the condo, if you use it. Maybe try RR inside the house with light and rays. Just Ideas. Like idea of #18 as well. I would like very clean and modern logo, chip and ultra modern.
