Good effort across the board but we feel that nobody has created that logo with the wow factor that we are looking for yet.
This is probably our fault as our creative brief is not great either.
We don't like any logo's without an icon/image incorporated into the logo. i.e. #1 & #6.
We like #2, however we feel that the bags our some what out of context as it looks more like a logo for a personal shopper than a logo for a wholesaler, try this without the bags and maybe even with the figure holding something else. We also like the colors used here too.
#12 is a good effort but we don't like the image representing food services as it looks like a skull and cross bones and the font makes it read like "pink supply"
#11 is too similar to one of our competitor's logo, Isupply.
Take a look at the winning logo for "Next Day Cups" (under office supplies), very clean and simple and not too much going on. This is the kind of logo we are looking for.
Even though we supply janitorial, food service and medical supplies, we sell toilet paper and paper towels to all our customers.
With this in mind we floated an idea around the office which got mixed reviews so we would like for someone to try and work with this idea.
"A roll of toilet paper shaped like a truck with fumes coming out of the back of the truck, represented by the paper unravelling. This fume effect should underline
the company name on the right hand side and the words "janitorial, food service and medical supplies" written underneath the fumes.
I hope this helps, feel free to comment back to clarify anything before you start working on your design.
We also like the idea behind #5 but it doesn't seem to, for the lack of a better word, "blend" very well. I feel this image should be an image that jumps out at you and identify us even without the company name attached.
We are very open to more ideas so feel free to just submit numberous random styles.
We like the icon idea in #4 but it would be great if we could see some different fonts with that as well.
#2 and #3 is a solid start but the bags in the icon's hands may be a little misrepresenting of our services. I should have communicated this in our business history but the majority of our orders are usually a weeks worth of supplies, i.e. bulk merchandise distributed in cases and/or bundles.
