in draft 23A can we do the following in the first and last bars of the "M"
- In the first (green)bar of the M, chip off the extreme top right corner such that the arrow ascend from down to up and then from up to down to blend with the orange bar(so that it looks more like an "m". So the same for the blue bar i.e chip the top left corner such that the last bit of the arrow will slope down instead of going up.
Ultimately it should look more like an "m" than an "M"

- The tag line is now "Banking Sales Performance System" and not "Sales Performance Management for Banks & Financial Performance Management"
- In the "M" make the first bar be the same as the third bar. i.e the arrow pointing downwards. However lets have the arrow on the 3rd bar not on the first bar. The result should look like an even M and the indicator starting from the first bar but ending up in the 3rd bar with the arrow at the end.
- Can we have an option with the M bars the three colors in the Q i.e green,orange and blue. While the arrow remains grey

-Include the trademark sign i.e TM.
- change the Business intelligence .... to "Sales Performance for Banks"
- convert the M in QUANTUM to a a performance indicator (i.e barchart) that would take the shape of M. So it could be 3 or more bars.
- Can we use another colur outside blue for the logo as this is very close the BPOS global color.

In Draft 1b can we do the following
- Use the abstract Q you have designed as the Q in the QUANTUM. This may require to make the abstract Q look like a Q.
- Lets have options with the abstract q with the broken lines and that with the continious lines.
- Lets have options with the "Business Intelligence ... in the three colors you have used in the 3 drafts.
