They are looking for something very distinctive, but simple to draw or doodle. The kind of logo that might appear as an item of graffiti. Nothing too busy, with too much detail. Simple, unique and effective. It does not *have* to contain the name 'calico street riots' but can, provided the above details are met. Logo will appear on flyers and albums.
