The design is for a real estate business aimed at helping homeowners sell their home by owner. The Mascot himself MUST be a house (with legs/arms) but an identifiable house character. The design of our website is 'Web 2.0' like (think Groupon) so we need him to match. He must be happy, fun and helpful.
