  Now we are talking. Good Job. Only a few minor changes and I am ready to finalize.
  Get rid of all the silver stars except the one that designates his home town under the bull's eye
  Make the ring in the nose a little bigger so that it stands out and people will immediately know that it is a bull's skull

  I realy like what you did on the changes except I would like the right side of bulls face(Non-Florida side) in Silver so that the shape of Florida still stands out

  I like #2 or #3 the best but you did not complete the bull look (the right side of the face). So if you draw a line from the bottom right of Florida to the B in Caleb then you have blank area that should complete the look of a bull skull but we need to make sure that people know that is what we are doing. Maybe you could have is eye in that space and his nostril down at the bottom.
  Also where you have the star at the bottom of Floria you could take that out and have the bull skull's other nostril.
  
  I would like to move that star to Caleb's home town which is Kissimmee, FL. I think that is kind of in Central Florida by Orlando
