  Thank you all for the great designed submitted so far. Greatly appreciated and love the creativity, style, and effort. It's a challenge to rate and communicate to all of you effectively, but I'm trying. If it is any help to you, I am currently focused on a #11, #15 and #23. I really like the people images integrated into the X. If possible, I would like to see designs in multiple colors, starting with Blue/Black.

  #5 and #6 are moving in the right direction. Like #6 best. Can we apply corporate colors (i.e., blues and black)?(i.e., I updated corporate color guidelines a moment ago.

  Thank you for the initial drafts. A few thoughts which may help creativitly - Can we weave the MX together (similar to the abbrevieation for a prescription (i.e., RX) with the X pronounced? This product is all about the customer (i.e., Member) eXperience. Pictures of people is a good thing, as our customers are associations, so community building/network is huge for them. This product is all about Commerce and getting what they need from the association online. I'd like something more flashy/edgy/technocentric - #3 and #4 are standard fare, but with nice color schem; #1 and #2 start to think outside of the box, don't like the people pictures and color scheme.
