Draft #13. Sergem not sure about element surrounding logo, maybe not the right color or form, but can understand how it creates an effect of closer. Maybe something else?
draft #12. Sergem very good, really liking the design and the way you incorporated colors from website. Can you flip image so it's facing the other way, would like to see what that would look like.
This is the style I was envisioning except with a little more refinement and without the roughness of outlines. If anybody can come up with an illustration like this please present.
Draft #11, dany96
1. can you flip printer image so it's facing the other side. 2. Printer could use some more refinement, it almost seems too white.
3. Not too sure about round surrounding.
4. Not liking fonts, not professional enough, can we try other fonts maybe or keep fonts exactly like on website.
5. As far as illustration goes I was thinking this type of design: http://www.dreamstime.com/royalty-free-stock-photo-printer-image13763295
but a combination of both type of styles might work.
I need something good, not your run-of-the-mill logo, I want to see what you guys can come up with. I have increased the prize money from $240 to $300.
Draft #7. Yongky, the colored papers are nice, but they are looking more like kites than papers. Now if you had an illustration of a printer and you had these colored papers coming out of it in a dramatic fashion then you might have something interesting.
Not liking fonts too much, look at Sergem fonts, they look much more refined, or something else. Also, tag/slogan line needs upper case letters at each word.
Draft #5. Sway, good initial draft but fonts are a little off. Green color doesn't seem to be working. I'm glad to finally see a printer, but printer is too cartoonish looking, needs more refinement (does not yet look like a printer to me yet). Paper comming out of printer too long, maybe one sheet of paper (or two) comming out and up in a circular motion as if in the wind (dramatic effect).
Some of you are forgetting to read the brief. The logo is going to be placed on the dark blue header on the my website: www.inkstock.com. Some of you are placing the logo on a white background and using black fonts, this will not work.
Draft #4. Sergem, nice but I'm looking for something that customers would understand/recognize at first sight (ie printer, printing, inkjet cartridges etc) I think what you have is too abstract. I prefer to stick with something people already have in there heads already. Letters are fine.
Just to clarify as maybe I didnt make myself clear. You only need to supply me with the logo that will match with the existing blue color header on website: www.inkstock.com. You dont actually have to go into my html code to place the image. Thanks.
