I've got another project going atm for the main section of the business called Holly Property which is young and colourful. I want this one to tie in but be clearly the LUXURY end of the business. Its about selling penthouses in the Melbourne CBD and Southbank areas in the $2M-$10M range. maybe make the word holly much smaller and make the word Prestige Property the focus. Update: I think we'll go without an icon. just really clean elegant text.My competition are the following agencies in Melbourne. www.marshallwhite.com.au, www.kayburton.com.au, rtedgar.com.au, www.benmac.com.au, www.woodards.com.au,www.fletchers.com.au If you have time please have a look so you know what I'm competing with. The main players tend to go black or navy blue. plain simple some with one basic icon. This market segment is conservative, affluent and want their properties represented with class. Less is more.The name is long. Lets forget the Holly. |
