    Thank you for all your hard work during this process. Again please do not get frustrated that I am deleting designs, taking 350+ to 20. It is the only way I can get close to picking the perfect design. I will share up to 25 designs w/ my associates shortly and making a final decision Wednesday.

    Please continue to push forward w/ your great design work as some arrived today that have made the list. I value your time.

    This is a difficult process for me and I am again thankful for your response to my request and your very creative work. I like how the designers of #276, #253 and #250 creatively used a building design. Again, I like the sleek, sort of reflective shinny design/colors some are using, it adds a hi-tech professional look.

    I am watching your work very close and invite you to add new work as you can.

    The font style and/combination in #140 is very nice.

    I don't want all designs to take that exact font on, however, I would like to see more designs using it.

    If I add a color than black, white, silver/grey, it will be blue like in the blue in #204. I like how the color almost looks reflective, shinny or polished.

    Again I want to thank each of you for your beautiful design work. Please do not get discouraged when I eliminate designs as I do this to help you. I have started trying to use the "stars" to help you move closer to the perfect design.

    Please stay away from "puffy" letters. Keep things clean, simple, crisp & high end looking. #140 is quite beautiful along with several others.

    On some designs you may add "Of Texas" under and on others you may add "Your Trusted Partner in Real Estate"

    I will be using your design on my website, business cards, letterhead, postcards and yard signs. I love the sleek look of silver/grey, white & Black, but that can be difficult to market on the yard signage. I do not know what the right color is, but I like the dark steel blue some of you are using and am open to other colors as long as stays on the professional upscale look.

    It's only been a few hours and it's neat to see your creativity.
    I will not likely select a design quickly as I want to see as many options as I can.

    Clean, crisp, high end professional is where I want to be. Grey, black, white continues to be my focus, but your opportunity to surprise me with a bit of color may be your edge. The sleek steel blue is nice like in #67.

    I will eliminate quickly those that don't work. I will communicate w/ you well throughout the process.
