I am seeing a lot of great logos. Several drafts stick out. I really like the cursive fonts and round logos life drafts #35, 48, 66, and 76. The circles with the rocks and waves really appeal. It captures the name of the company and the area we work in. The cursive writing is thicker and appeals to us more than drafts 73-75. The cursive might look good if we added the power chord like in draft 12 and 58 (cable at the end of the A).

I love the stylized version of the wave and rocks of draft 28. The cursive of draft 35 adds a touch of professionalism without any pretentiousness. Having seen draft 31 and 32 I think the combination of some sort of circle/rock with the company name is the way to go. Drafts 24, 28, and 31 all present options we would like to see more of. My only concern with 28 is how it would look without the shading. I really like the stylized wave and the rocks and wouldn't mind seeing more ideas along these lines. They do very well at representing our area that we work in and some of the passions of my employees. Again the power chord of 15 is awesome and I wouldn't mind seeing that in some other designs. Keep up the great work!

Drafts 28 and 29 look amazing. I think a different font in perhaps cursive writing might offset the logo well. The new designs from logoon #31-34 have that awesome font and neat concepts for the rock/beach feel. Drafts 24 and 15 are getting a lot of love in the office. The font of draft 17 has gotten a lot of attention but everyone wants to see it with a different graphic. I will try to hone the concept down to help everyone out later this evening. Thank you so much for all of the outstanding work! I am incredibly impressed!

We have two different factions forming in the office. Half of us are going for a logo like Draft 15 (although the other half say the logo makes them crave pie). They also like draft 7 but with a different font. The rest of us like either the stone concept of 29 or the stone/lightning bolt of draft 24. Keep up the good work! We have 3 days to hone this in a bit more and I will give more direction hopefully throughout the day. I myself am leaning towards the wave swirls on the stone of draft 29 but am a bit worried the lines may a bit too subtle for stitching.

I was thinking maybe a large rock on a sea bluff with waves in the foreground might look pretty awesome.

I am getting good feedback on a lot of these logos. Draft 16 has a really nice looking font. I have been getting great feedback on draft #15 with the combo of the stone, the cable, and cursive will look good in print. Drafts 21 and 22 have new takes on the stone which I encourage everyone to continue to explore. I want to remind everyone that although shading looks amazing on business cards/websites I will also be stitching the logos on polos and hats so consider how your design may look when shading isn't possible. Drafts like 2, 10, 15, 16,18, and 21 will translate well to t-shirts as they have clean designs that are not overly ornate. I like drafts 17, 21, and 22 but the small white and grey spaces in the illustration will require very high thread counts to achieve the affect in the drawing. I would like to see some more options with the stone or a play on the stone. At the end of the day if the stone was unique enough to be uniquely identifiable as a symbol of my business that would be amazing. Some other things that may spur ideas on my company: We design cabling layouts for smart homes, wire theaters, we do electrical as well. We work primarily in the coastal communities of San Diego. We also work in Rancho Santa Fe where Spanish colonial ranch style homes are popular. Hope this helps!

Draft #9 has an excellent looking font and use of the grey and blue colors. I also like the direction things are heading in terms of the logo. The lines are very clean and very professional. The concept for Drafts 2 and 10 are interesting. It looks as though the company name is on a rock which looks great. I like the shading a lot on draft 10 but don't think the logo will translate well to print on a shirt.

Draft #4 looks like a solid combination of colors and I like the use of fonts. I'd like to see some more options for the stone however. I am also open to any other novel combinations of the name and our icon. Perhaps incorporating a cable into the name or as part of the logo might be a unique way of branding my business? Thank you very much for the submissions thus far!

I like the concept of having an image separate from the company name. I like the clean lines of the font and the "Cabling Co." beneath the name. I want to put this logo on company uniforms so the clean lines will be easy to replicate. I would like to see Cabling Co extend completely from one end of Piedra to the next (perhaps with a bold/thicker font to compensate for the smaller size?). I like the shade of blue although a darker shade of blue is preferable. In my original brief I think I mentioned using one color but seeing #1 I think the logo might pop if Cabling Co. and Piedra were different colors. Perhaps dark blue and a dark grey might work well together?
