| Newly formed business on Guam between Guam-based 59-year ready-mix concrete manufacturer (Perez Bros., Inc.; name & logo recognition with local residents & contractors), large Japanese concrete precast manufacturer (M.tec) and large Taiwanese ready-mix concrete and precast manufacturer (Asia Cement Corporation or "ACC"). Since "Perez Bros., Inc." has the greatest name and logo recognition on Guam, we want to tie in key items (black font of "PEREZ") and nod to our 59-year wheel of progress (we prefer not to adopt outright). Perez Concrete will be delivering the products via white concrete transit mixers and white tractor/trailer combinations. While we want to stick to the recognizable black and white logo, we are receptive to some color elements. | ||
