| Parkside Resort is located in Pigeon Forge, TN nestled right in the Great Smoky Mountains. While this is a resort, these materials are going to be aimed at BUILDING AND SELLING new cabins in the resort. The 3-fold brochure needs to focus on the resort and all of it's amenities, as well as the opportunity to own in the resort. Resort amenities include a swimming pool with Dive In Movies, putt putt course, hiking trails, playground, picnic pavilion with a grill and fireplace, wide paved roads, all natural gas lighting, city utilities, and WiFi. Future amenities include a 10,000 square foot activity center featuring an indoor lazy river, 50 seat movie theater, fitness center, and conference room. We have floor plans for 1-9 bedroom cabins but we build to the owner's specifications always. Prices start at $230,000. The bi fold brochure needs to focus on the homes we build and what makes them unique. All of our cabins in Parkside feature large game rooms, home movie theaters, hot tubs outside, and spacious floor plans. Parkside Resort has an onsite property management company called Accommodations by Parkside which handles the maintenance and rental of the properties. The Parkside Resort Home Owners Association has established a code of restrictive covenants designed specifically to ensure a consistent, upscale appearance and function for all of our cabins. The flyer needs to focus on the opportunity to own a home in Parkside Resort. Because these will go in the cabins for those who are renting to see, it needs to be aimed at our renter.
