  Oh answering your question, it's was intentionally gray because it gives the draft a little nice effect but i have removed it so you can appreciate the design as clean as possible

  If I haven't asked questions or responded, it's just because I don't know how to improve them. I do not have a design background, so I just have to go with what I find visually appealing. For #9, I like the design. I'm not sure what you could do differently.
  
  For #29 and #30, is the background intentionally gray? Love the image! Very kid-friendly!

  Draft 1: Love the color! Very professional.
  
  Draft 2 and 3: Too corporate looking, and they remind me of logos for audio visual companies.
  
  Draft 4: I like this one, but it's quality seems a little less professional than a few of the others on here.
  
  Draft 13: Love the color, especially with the black background!
  
  Draft 14, 15, and 17: I really like this one, but I wonder about pulling "Publishing" all the way across so it's the same length as "Sound and Sea"
  
  Draft 19: I like the turtle, but not sure about the font.
  
  Draft 20: "Sound" in "Sound and Sea" refers to the body of water, not the noise.
  
  
  
  Draft 5: I don't think a seagull is the best bird to use as they are seen as pests.
  
  Draft 6: Maybe a little too masculine, and not kid-friendly enough.
  
  Draft 9: Love the dolphin, and the color is great.
  
  Draft 12: I like the layout, but again, am concerned about the use of a seagull-like bird. A pelican would be better and more kid-friendly.

  Sorry I've lost touch with you. I've had some medical issues, which has kept me from the computer. After tonight, I will be out of commission until just after the contest is over! I will try to comment now....

  Hi there CH, just a suggestion if you don't mind, you should probably give more feedback and star ratings in order to receive more options from other designers as well, because when new designers come and they don't see any rating, they usually feel the contest isn't a serious one and they back off from submitting any design. Thanks.
