  @zalds you have a poor comment.. your judgement polutes good designs with fair ratings.. you are not a moderator here. you shouldn't instruct the PH as if you are to use the logo that they find good to them.. if you know too much then why didn't you try to compete by submitting an entry

  I know that I definitely don't want aqua or light blue as our colors. There are too many companies around here with aqua used in them.

  Designers, It's "The Real Estate Pros" please make sure you're designs are spelled correctly. I'm going to start eliminating the ones that aren't even spelled right. Thank you!

  I definitely need a house or something in the logo. Our city doesn't have skyscrapers or any tall buildings at that. So I need y'all to stay away from the tall building use in the logos.
  
  Also, I've been using the "Century Gothic" font a lot on my marketing documents. So I'd be interested in seeing something in that font.

  Thank you Martin, you took the words out of my mouth. I need something that looks like a professional designed it, not a 7 year old. As for the colors, I definitely see it being traditional.. Like black, white, silver, dark blue, red, etc.
