  Q: Do you want the initials, or any letters in the logo? Or just an abstract symbol?
  
  A: Can't be completely abstract. Has to have some connection to either the name or the motto (Where Our Direction Is Led By Our Value)

  Thank you for all of your submissions!
  I am looking for something original and new. A lot of the submitted logos are very similar to other major companies: Audi, LG and etc. In addition, a lot of person shape logos are too informal. General feedback:
  
  -Generic logos need to be customized for Noel Group in some way either showing direction or incorporating the letters NG
  
  -Some of the letter logos are good but need to be a little more polished
  
  -We will be using a chosen logo for our stationary and a letterhead
  
  -Feel free to play around with different colors - we are not partial to any of the colors
  
  -Maybe compass image? We use compass a lot in our corporation
  
  -We are big on 7 Habits of Highly Effective People
  
  -Some of the companies that we like (their culture): Zappos, Google, Facebook, Whole Foods

  Great work everyone, we are liking these. Hoping to see more!!!! Looking for fun, edgy, new, fresh, exciting...but also something that has a great deal of tradition and class!
