  I like the creativity of crystal's logo in #18 - #21. I also like finaldesign's different versions of #24 and also #7, but I also have received a few feedback from people I've asked that it looks a little bit like a video game brand, but it does look nice.
  
  We could, maybe soften the looks a bit more... and lean toward a more "elegant/sophisticated" feel.

  I know I stated in the brief I wanted the word to be easily readable... but can I see some designs with cursive writing? Wanted to see how that would fee... not too crazy cursive. I want to see a few more "Elegant" designs.

  #1 can you make the word "properties" a little bigger? I'd also like to see a version of the word "Advanta" with the dash on the A... it looks good right now but want to see how it looks with a regular A also.

  Sorry wanted to clarify this project/prize is only for the logo. Once logo is selected I will open the business card project with another prize money.
