    Just a tip, I find it a bit frustrating that almost everyone went with a horse idea. I would have liked more creativity. Everyone one saw we liked one with a horse and then that became the theme, remember we are a real estate company after all. I suggest if anyone is doing some last minute designs. Please do something different, unique and not so horse. Thanks #181 for doing something really different!

    Ladies and gentlemen, Thanks for all your hard work. We are narrowing things down. Please submit your "best and final" ASAP. Some excellent talent here, its been great to work with you all!     Designers: Submitted designs should have one concept per submission even if there are variations in colors it should be submitted separately.

    Designers, willing to also consider mountain type symbols too. As we are near the Alpine region.
