| Audible Auto is developing multi-faceted audio infotainment technologies across a variety of platforms that will allow drivers to personalize their driving experience just as users of smartphones, iPads and laptops can customize their interactions with their respective electronic devices. Audible Auto’s products allow drivers to purchase, create, test and download engine tones and function response sounds from the company’s website which are then integrated into vehicles through the company’s patent-pending hardware and programmed to respond to engine parameter information (acceleration, idling, etc.) and driver-activated functions (opening sunroof, window, etc.). Drivers can make their cars sound like a classic Ford Mustang, a Star Wars X-Wing fighter or simply have them emit a subtle pleasant hum that increases in octave as they accelerate. In addition, depending on driver preferences, opening a window can produce a cheerful burst of melody or sound like the opening of the hatch on an alien spacecraft. | ||
