Draft #9#16 # 17
Still really like these designs, very efficient and business like. I have a nagging doubt that I have seen the logo graphic some where before though?
Draft #31 and #32
Particularly like these. This may be due to really liking the choice of colour. Would like to see a slightly more interesting font (but still business-like and reserves).
I have a niggling feeling that I have seen avery similar logo already in use, though.
Draft #20
I like the idea, but I am sure the illustration of a manor house actually is the usual symbol for a "museum" on maps. I would prefer capital letters and I am still not sure of making a distinction between "Heath" and "Coate", it really is just one word.
draft #34
Nice idea. Would be more effective if the "logo-H" was the first letter of Heathcoate. I have been finding that I like capital letters the more I see logos in capitals contrary to what I first thought I would like (typical client!!).
Draft #13#14#15
All nice ideas but a bit too modern, not sure what separating heath and coate suggestsabout the business. Definitely need to lose the strap line from the bottom. Like the artwork piece in #13 but needs to look more formal and business like in colour.
Draft #5 and #6
Actually prefer the version all in captial letters. Very business like. I would need to lose the "residential letttings" script from the bottom.
General Comment:
I am leaving any mention of residential lettings or management out of the logo and general name of the business to keep it simple, memorable and match the web address I have purchased.
draft #4
Nice idea of making a web button style logo but it does look too modern for my purposes, and the colours are also too modern a bright. Despite newness of the business, I do want to convey an image of (imaginary) heritage.
Draft #3. Not entirely sure I like the font. The roof accent is good and subtle, but too modern, would like something which looks more traditional. And that particular blue colouring is a not quite formal enough.
Draft #1
Obviously similar comments to draft #2. Like seeing the script in colour, but accent does not stand out against the white background quite so effectively. Both of these are contenders.
Draft #1
Good start. The accent is subtle, but a bit too subtle. If the blue background is part of the design then an idea of a shape would be useful. General comment - Variations with lowercase characters would be helpful.

Ignoring the spelling mistake, the font is a bit plain but I like the idea with the H. A more up-market version of this would be effective.

Both very interesting ideas. Would like to seem them both in a slightly richer (more red) tone of the burgundy.

Very nice idea but much too gothic.
