  Also don't be afraid to use the colors more prominently in the background and then use light or white letter colors.

  Everyone I forgot to mention that the Disclaimer page is also a "back page or ending page". You should use a font size that ensures the Disclaimer fits using only the bottom 1/2 of the page.
  
  We are looking for an edgy design so just because you see we are a financial firm, you don't have to be too conservative.
  
  Just use our colors and be as bold as you would like. As long as its sharp and still professional, we'll be happy with it.
