After all that lets go back to #13, I can't get away from how unique it is - a credit to you. Can you thicken the brown streak within the larval "l" about 20% and then I will pick between that and the old #13.
Like the change, but the larva is slightly fat - #15 move the larval form to the back so that the letters are in front and elongate the larval swoosh to mirror the length and placement of the swoosh lines in #13
scott, can i see #13 with an actual "l" replacing the image and using that image enlongated as the curved line below the text? That way we could keep the larval image in the logo and enhance readability with the actual "l"
scott, love your design and appreciate the promptness BUT after arguing with myself and presenting this to two others we all came to the same conclusion...we are concerned about the readability of the "l", especially in B&W, the readability of the "o" is great. I don't really have a solution, do you? I like your design the best of all that I have received, I like the elements, the colors are right on, it's just readability. Can you offer a solution? I will continue to think about one as well and will post a note if I come up with one.
scottperry, could you take #11 and make the "l" larger like in #6, but keep the brown highlight signifying the "l" and not covering the period in "Mr" and then moving the curved line up so the "l" overlaps the line and the line is tighter to the "Mealworm" Finally, after that is done could I get a second copy in just grayscale so I can see what that will look like? Thanks
scottperry, i think i like the original o as well and i appreciate you providing a different color scheme in #12, i think i like the original green though, i'm going to ask a few other people what they think - overall i really like your design
#7 and #8 bubble letters do not work for the image I want, incorporating the images of the snake and the worm was good but I would like it to be more abstract and modern
#6 i like the direction this logo is taking...colors are really good. BUT, this is a new company and there is no name recogintion established. I'm a little concerned that the name is a little unclear for people not familiar with who I am. Could you make the name clearer, but still include the images representing the letters "l" and "o"?
