| We specialize in landscape, architecture, and fast-action sports photography. The graphic portion of the logo should be very simple and easy to identify when printed small. The logo should convey evoke a feeling of extremes (i.e. sports and landscapes) while providing a polished and professional appearance | ||

| My favorite colors, and those that transmit my personality are: red, dark grey, black, and white. However, this logo needs to appeal to art collectors, sports enthusiasts, and perhaps the occasional bride-to-be. I am open to all ideas and colors. Keep in mind that this logo will be used on a website with dark gray or black background and should provide enough contrast to be easily seen. It may also be used on stationary with white a white background. Having a simple logo that allows minor color changes would be beneficial. | ||

I began designing my own logo and then quickly realized that my artistry lies in the photography and not in logo design. I did develop a graphic logo with text. The graphic illustrates my initials and a partially hidden camera on a tripod. The aperture of the camera was embedded into my "R" initial, and two legs of the tripod were formed by the downstroke of the "R" and one leg of the "H." I have used this logo on numerous shirts and it stand out among other logos. I would prefer to keep a similar design. Again, I am open to change if you have an idea that we have not considered. Please keep in mind that this logo will be used on a website that may limit the logo to 920 pixels wide by 100 pixels tall, or to 240 pixels wide with unlimited height. I do not want to limit the logo to these dimensions since it will be used elsewhere, but it should be easily identifiable at these dimensions. The position of the logo with respect to text should be easily changed. |
