  With regards to combining my initials "MK" with the shape of a tooth: ideally I'm looking for this to be incorporated in a creative way that is subtle and not too obvious. For example shaping the letter "M" to resemble a tooth and somehow incorporating the letter "K" together with it in such a way that would be pleasing to look at.

  I like simple/uncomplicated designs, so we're off to a good start. Please try to keep the background white or a very light/subtle color. The idea is to apply this logo in the future to my business cards, appointment cards, letterheads, and envelopes. There will be a separate project launched for the stationary as soon as the winning logo is selected.
