Dr. Hayes is a Professor of Environmental and Water Resources Engineering in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at the University of Michigan and is a member of the College of Engineering Executive Committee. His research includes optimization of the performance and reducing the environmental impact of metalworking fluids through improved design and evaluation.

  iAmCL -- nice job on drafts 9 and 7
  
  Could you keep the "Metalworking Fluids Initiative at the University of Michigan" from draft 7 in the right column and put the tagline below that?
  
  For Draft 9 -- looks good. I like your use of images as breaks between sections, I'm not sue about the way they stretch out. Maybe you could do something like the ones you grouped at the bottom of the left column in Draft 6? Prof. Hayes profile is spread over two pages and ends up under the "Partner with MFI" section.
  
  Draft 8 -- like the teamwork type photos -- please add a line between the last two bullet points in the "MFI seeks Industrial Collaborators Who:" section.

  I prefer to see the MFI name and tagline emphasized.
