  The wave-shaped fade gradient is really interesting in draft #16. Also the off-set type and wave in draft#15

  Designers please attempt a simple design for the symbol.
  For example on draft#3, if it were just the orange/blue open spiral shape without the figure.
  Also #4 we love the wave pattern and teal fade on the lettering- with your next drafts please try different waves

  The design needs to have at least one shade of blue and preferably no literal characters (like the person sitting on the "M"). We do not mind the stylization of the letters, but the logo would need to have both a "M" and a "W".
  We like abstract designs and symbols instead of literal
