One of the ideas we have thought of has as the key depiction the symbol of a person raising their hands and emerging out of the center of the M. The M could be centered & overlayed inside a geometrical medical symbol or stand alone or be inside a warehouse/house symbol. The rest of the name could be attached to the M or underneath it.
