| HealthyWage designs and organizes weight loss challenges and contests in which participants can win money for losing weight. People join in a team of 5, pay an entry fee of $60 each, lose weight and can take home the $10,000 top prize! | ||

| Materials will be used be HealthyWage clients, large and small corporations to marketing this weight loss contest to their employees. Deliverables: - Would like 4 or 5 different designs that our clients (companies) can choose from to promote this contest to their employees. - Need two versions of all of the below pieces. One is for employees who may have participated in the past (ie. HealthyWage is Back!) and thise who are trying the program again. - Would like the flyers to have a place where the company can drop in last years winners or other images of people. - All materials need to be in a PowerPoint format so that the employers can pick and choose and easily add their company logo, etc. - The winning copt from our SEM efforts is: Weight Loss Challenge Lose Weight & Earn up to $10,000. Join the HealthyWage Contest Now! HealthyWage.com/WeightLossChallenge Specific deliverables: - Sequence of 4 emails to be used in succession during the program. All same look and feel to match the rest of the campaign. - Buttons for the companies intranet (300x250, 120 x 60, and any other size that could be easily resized) - Posters and flyers 8x10 and 11x17 - Post card 3x5 or 5x7 - All files delivered in PowerPoint so they can be edited by the client - 2 versions created one for repeat participants and one for new participants |
