| Need full pkg of mktg. collateral: Business Cards, Letterhead, Envelopes, Presentation Folder and Tri-fold mailer (content and photos will be provided). We will also need to pull design elements from these materials to apply to a website re-design. Our logo is blue. We are looking for designs with complementary colors and an open feel - not dark and boxy. | ||

| We are a spinal care medical practice; our target is medical patients as well as referring physicians. Our copy was written in a warm, personal and friendly style. We want to patient to feel comforted as well as confident that they have chosen the right medical care. | ||

We will need all graphic materials to be designed in Adobe Illustrator so we have editing capabilities. Any photos should be pasted into the layouts - not linked. Fonts must be provided. All formats must be Mac compatible. As part of our branding process, all designs must be cohesive. • Standard Business Card layout - front and back • Letterhead • #10 Envelopes • Presentation Folder - (one sided design only; no printing on the inside except on the pockets; we will need a business card slot on the left pocket and a brochure slot on right pocket; may or may not want custom die but would love to see all ideas) • Tri-fold mailer brochure (there are good templates on printplace.com - must comply w/ USPS guidelines) |

| NewSiteStructure_graphic_3334.jpg Technical draft of home page is attached. Template will remain on all pages, with the content area changing. Looking for design elements along the sides or in the background - just subtle effects. Nothing major. Most of the page layouts will be filled with buttons, content and photos so I'm only looking for the design to pull our branding together.
