| Hi! We just had our new logo designed and are looking for the following items. A residential services trifold along with a matching 8.5x11 one sided version that we could put in a display. A business services trifold along with a matching 8.5x11 one sided. And lastly, a magnet that we plan to leave on the computers we work on in store. We will attach a thermal label containing customer information barcodes to these magnets (label size is 1" tall by 3" wide). We looked around and are thinking of a 5.5x4.25 magnet, but we are open to any size, etc that you think looks good as long as it will fit the thermal label too. | ||

Residential Services targets individuals who are local to our store. For residential customers we wish to let them know we can come out on-site, but our focus is to have them come to our store. Common repairs / services include virus & spyware removal, reinstalling operating systems, data backup and recovery, laptop DC jack repair, and laptop screen repair. Business services target is small businesses without an internal IT department. We offer standard on-site break / fix services, monthly remote maintenance, and remote managed services - specifically in the form of network monitoring. We will monitor the health of all the devices on their networks for a flat fee and bill a discounted ratefor whatever problems arise. For the magnet, we are looking use this as our main "leave behind" for all PC's we repair. It will have a thermal label affixed with customers info, so they will hopefully hold onto it. That being said - we may also print a thermal label with a coupon and give the magnet out to a local businesses - so the target for the magnet is all of our customers. It should mention all types of services we offer since it may have multiple audiences. |
