  94: We really like the colors with this design. Changes:
  Front: Top left design: Tilt web snap shot the other direction. A better house in the background would work better on the front.
  Rear: Bottom left design: Remove "This property is NOT listed.....etc...Insert the following: A new foreclosure listing in your area will be listed soon! Join BuyCharlestonForeclosures.com to learn more!
  
  Remove local postal customer.
  
  Make all white letters bold so they can be read easier.
  
  Biggers Real Estate, Inc. and it's logo must be provided on all materials. This can be small in size.
  
  93: Front: Please use a different house. In our area the land is flat and we don't have any hills to speak of. Check out some homes on our website for examples or use.
  Rear: We don't like the thumbs up guy. Please insert a female.
  
  86: We really like the colors and fading used with these business cards.
  
  40/45/27: Insert a BuyCharlestonForeclosures.com bright orange box at the top of the postcard front and rear.

  The Biggers Logo does need to be placed on the designs. It can be very small.
  
  Please use females as people on all material.
  
  The postcard designs need to state the following: "A new foreclosure listing in your area will be listed soon! Join BuyCharlestonForeclosures.com to learn more"
  
  Remove the verbiage "This property is not listed in MLS yet"

  #2-4: These are nice, simple, eye catching designs. We like the rear of #4 the best. However, we like the information from #5 as it gives more detail for the property and sparks interest in the site. We like the front of #2 and #4 the best. For the "new" listing symbol, it would be nice to have a colorful (bright orange, etc...) image.
  
  #8: This design is too simple. We do like the image of a family better than an individual. Or a couple is better than an individual.
  
  #6: We really like the business card and email template, however, the postcard is too busy. Please move my contact information to the right side, and the logo to the left side.
  
  #9: Pretty nice design but the back needs more.
  
  #10: The entire logo should be used on the back of the business card. It should also be larger on the front.
  
  #11: Move the business info. to the left side and my contact information to the right. Nice email template.
  
  #12: We have seen a lot of your work and believe you can do better with more time. The person on the card looks unhappy and boring. The card has dull colors and needs a brighter look. More like #10.
  
  Thanks for all of your hard work. We are definitely heading in the right direction.
