  #18 I'm looking for something less traditional (Mexican). This place serves the best Mexican Food but in a less traditional atmosphere. It's edgy...picture buffalo wild wings but with Tacos instead of wings.

  #4 Our target customer is a 21-38 youngster. The truck implies that it is a family restaurant and not a bar and grill. Also, we're looking for something less traditional (Mexican).

  * Authentic Mexican food with very familiar bar and grill/cafe atmosphere.
  * Theme not centered around Mexican tradition but rather the Taco Truck tradition/history.
  * Demographics: specifically targeting young adults (21-38)
  * Environment: energetic, lively, and friendly very much like Hooters, Planet Hollywood, and the Hard Rock Cafe.
  * Will sell t-shirts with edgy, humorous sayings.
  *Lively music (mostly rock)
