I am an independent "crafter" -- I make jewelry, clothing, miscellaneous and whimsical home decor, etc. I have named my little business "Yellow Fleece Designs". Technically, it is a joke based on this hideous yellow fleece jacket I bought when I moved to rural Maine, but I like the sheep conotation much better for visual purposes. I am looking for a simple logo that I can use on my products. I like the idea of using a simple/abstract drawing of a sheep and incorporating the company name into the body ... or something along those lines. It definitely does NOT have to be like that, but that was an idea I was playing with. I prefer simplicity and something that looks more illustrated than computer generated -- nothing super modern or futuristic. After all, the tags are going on homemade items. Specific colors/number of colors doesn't really matter -- for example, the "fleece" need not be yellow, but it can be. My aesthetic and products are similar to the Anthroplologie look... kind of funky, feminine, whimsical, vintage, etc. |
