However, if you are providing 2 or 3 different color versions of the same logo in one draft, please make sure that if the particular draft gets finalized, each color version should be separated before you will send the final files.

I do like the way that you gave 2 versions one in black and one in white that way i can see both to know what it would look like on different backgrounds. The white is easier to see the bottle and pump handles seeing the revision in the same format with the bottles and pump handles white and black would be good.

I do like it with the bottle and pump handles in black. Would like the nitrous and race fuels to be in a different color or stand out a little more it blends in and is not that noticeable. Anything to make the So-Cal text not so plain would be good aswell, maybe some more detail on the bottle and pump handles. It looks good just want it to pop a little more
