The EMT ensures business needs are met, the IT strategy is deployed and the organisation is developed whilst supporting Line Managers to develop and engage our associates SCOPE: For all segments in Greater Europe: (Western Europe, Central Europe, CIS, Africa, and the Middle East) : • Lead Associate Engagement, Talent Development and Resourcing for all locations. • Align all IT activities with the European legal and cultural environment • Champion Cultural integration • Drive service excellence in the region • Manage cross segment deployment programmes, resolving priority issues and removing roadblocks to success
