  Based on the design submissions, the anchor in the center of the logo with company name surrounding it in a circle looks very nautical.
  
  We welcome designs that focus on real estate and have the anchor as a less prominent part of the logo. The company name is Anchor Stone Properties so any ideas that focus more on the stone and/or properties may work better than the anchor focused designs.
