  The logo should not reflect the residential housing market. Although the company services both the commercial and residential markets the logo should be all encompassing or have more influence towards the commercial real estate industry. Thus any logo symbols of houses or single family residences cannot be used. Our preference is towards a more abstract symbol.

  Show in two color variations, this logotype expresses the professional and experienced nature of this company through the use of controlled color application, careful typographic selection,and the appropriate choice and assembly of graphical elements. This mark is clean, clear, balanced, well measured, and easily absorbed by the viewer. It is not reliant on graphical bells and whistles, but rather careful consideration of the primary communication needs as can be expressed in simple visual terms. This mark is arresting, proprietary, legible, and has a high recall value.
