| Above all, I would like to convey a very professional (not cutesy) look. I would like it to be simple, and eye-catching. I love fonts -all kinds of them, but don't want it to look to scripty. Would like to have the word "Realty" be centered below the Sun Valley part, all caps or upper lower, not sure... Also, I would like to convey "growth" - a new era of real estate. If you can incorporate the tagline and it is not too much, I'd like to see it. | ||

| I was playing with an orange to yellow gradient (maybe background?). Not sure. My favorite colors are a bright lime/kelly green with black & white combo, but not sure if that fits with the "sun valley" theme. | ||

| I chose the name Sun Valley Realty because there is an intersection in our town that is a bit of a hub for shopping, movies, and schools - at a particular intersection near where I want to dominate the market. I'm not especially hooked on having a sun or even a graphic of a house incorporated into the logo, simply because I don't want it to look canned. Unless you can make it look unique & professional, not "cutesy", I don't think I want a sun and/or house. But you can play with it! ??? I need help. I love neat fonts. You can play with the initials (I think I like that look). Thanks!! | ||
