  #12 is the best design that I have seen so far, as it is very visually appealing, and I like the use of the tagline in the design. To improve on this, how can we tie in a visual element that communicates the "coaching" aspect? On this design, the text characters are great, but the logo portion is not quite communicating my desired message. Please keep working on the logo portion.
  Focus on the "transformation of a home and the coaching of HOW to do it correctly and profitably"

  #7 and #13 have appealing layout design, but there is still no graphic element of "coaching" or being an "advisor" to my clients in these logo designs. That is what I really want. A good visual combination of coaching and house rehabbing. I want to be sure that it's clear that I am coaching my clients to be better at turning a junky house into a great home.

However, if you are providing 2 or 3 different color versions of the same logo in one draft, please make sure that if the particular draft gets finalized, each color version should be separated before you will send the final files.

  Brief states to NOT use my tagline in logo, but I am actually open to using it.
  
  I would like to tie together the two main ideas of:
  1) A Coach,
  2) Investing in properties that need to be "flipped" (completely remodeled in order to be nice enough for a buyer to want to buy the house and live there)
  
  I am not sure what to use as elements, but I have thoughts of one coaching element and one "flipping" element, combined into a logo design with the characters, "HouseFlipCoach.com" included.
