Designers, some great designs, the leading design has been uploaded to give you the direction we are going for (Property Evaluator is the document title).
Can we have some designers trial a design with the an image above the font which is of a 3D graph which simulates the city skyline?
I have attached an image of what I mean for your reference (titled City Skyline).
Some comments and suggestions attached (alongside an uploaded image document):
Logo Style:
Like #6 (see P & L Submissions upload) with the lines that become the shape of a building (the image conveys a combination of a graph and a building). Colour needs to be in navy blue colour (like #68) and dark grey (like #46) (see P & L Submissions upload).
Font:
"Property Evaluator" like font in #68, with a combination of the navy blue and dark grey colour in the logo style above
"Part of the P & L Consulting Group" like font in#46

Tips moving forward:
- no houses with windows, this isn't the direction we want to head in
- no ticks
- regarding text: no italics, no rounded/soft text
we require the text for property evaluator to be slightly innovative and catching, whereas the tagline needs to look formal. In both cases, the font needs to be veyr firm and strong.
MycroBurst permits you to submit unlimited designs with unlimited variations. However, if you are providing 2 or 3 different color versions of the same logo in one draft, please make sure that if the particular draft gets finalized, each color version should be separated before you will send the final files.
