The logo will represent the range of products and services we offer to help organisations successfully implement innovative solutions to address critical business problems. The name “2xi” represents “two times i” where the two “i”s stand for innovation and implementation. These two “i”s are important, because there is little value gained if an organisation is successful in doing one, without the other. Do both well and the beneficial effects are multiplied. Since employee engagement is vital for the successful implementation of innovation, most of our products and services will be geared towards helping organisations innovate through the successful engagement of their employees. One (but not the only) technique we will help introduce into organisations is that of gamification. Gamification is a useful tool which organisations can use to engage people, motivate action, promote learning and solve problems. The logo should leave the impression that what we offer is uniquely different from other offerings. We want them to think of us as providing services that will help them implement innovative solutions to real business problems via the successful engagement of its employees. Whereas companies traditionally think of change as being hard or difficult, we want them to think that, with us, it will be much easier and a lot more fun. Our business will primarily be targeted towards leaders within the corporate and government sectors. These may be either functional leaders (such as Human Resources, Marketing, Change Management), or operational leaders (such as General Managers, Sales Leaders). |
