Dear Designers,
I am having a veterinary emergency and will thus not able to respond to questions/feedback. I will be able (hopefully) to log on this afternoon. I will ask guru to extend the project.
PLEASE DO NOT WITHDRAW YOUR DESIGNS!!!!! Although I may temporarily "eliminate" the draft, I did so with the understanding I could re-open them at any time. Had I known you would "withdraw" the draft, there are some I would have not set aside for the moment.
I would really like to encourage everyone to take a look at the www.soarmedical.com logo that I put as an example as a concept. I would like to see some designs along this line of what I call "abstract anatomical". Obviously there is no specific movement that emulates "soaring" however, there are many different physical poses that could look beautiful above the name of my office.
Don't get me wrong, there are a few strong contenders using concept #2 and I am hoping to see more.
Thank you in advance for your creativity. I have a tight deadline to meet so I am anxious to finalize the design.
To All DESIGNERS,
Just because I only gave one sample of the "abstract anatomical" does not mean I like it less; it was just the only one I could find that I loved. FWIW.
I am so excited to have a new logo; each of you are very talented & I am grateful to have found this site!
Draft#43, how would the symbol look on top of the XCEL thus allowing physical therapy to be larger? Also show me a few different fonts for the XCEL; I am not tossing the current design, just not sure if the name is clear enough to the public.
I would also like to see it with a red-orange-gold-ish yellow fade in the symbol perhaps with navy or black letters.
Dear Designers,
Thank you for your expedient response. Looking at the designs, it is clear to me that I need to re-write my brief. Specifically, the statement, "i want my graphic icon to be part of the logo. In reading the sentence, I feel like an idiot! I did not mean it in the literal sense of the word. This sentence has clearly thrown many of you off course, hence the name of my office appears as CEL Physical Therapy with the abstract icon in place of the X. A few of you (2,3,11,& 21) were kind enough to figure out what I meant to convey and for this I am appreciative.
I AM GOING TO RE-WRITE MY BRIEF!
I want a beautiful logo. Although red & black have been my colors and I would like to keep that as an option & shown as an option, I would like to explore a little more "pop" in my design.
In the interim, I will give you some logos that I do like:
herein are 2 very different concepts for logos that currently appeal to me:
Concept #1:
www.soarmedical.com this logo is my favorite.
the symbol of the man "soaring" over the logo shows strength, motion, power, you get the feeling if you are treated by these doctors you will be at your optimal performance. I am very attracted to the abstract nature of this symbol, it is sexy, strong and it makes me wish I could move like that|!
the first link should be the one to click on: images for physical therapy logo images. There are page numbers but they dont always line up the same on everyone's computer so I am sorry if you have to hunt a little.
1.) OnPointe Physical Therapy: it is visually appealing, has motion & flow & the symbol is "On Point" It fits nicely. the logo is easily embroidered & the lettering would be clear to read
2) North Point Physical Therapy: here again, the symbol fits the name of the office, there is a sense of motion, flexibilty/physical ability. although it is bland in color.
3) Cris Urban therapy
4)Jason Dring Physical Therapy
5)Metro Sports Physical Therapy: obiviously this office is downtown and the logo fits the name of the office beautifully & is visually appealing. I would want to wear their shirt/cap
