All job seekers are mature seasoned pros, who are usually considered overqualified when seeking full time employment. In this case, the independent contractor will be paid a much higher rate directly, the company will pay less than it does to the temp agency and get a very compedent worker (who will most likely complete the tasks in less time, because of experience) creating a WIN - WIN situation.
