    Hi Everyone! Thank you for the great submissions. We have emailed a bunch of artist privately so please check your messages.

    We like the marks that light, fun, animated, natural, organic, and even freehand. Try to stay away from using the company initials. Also a keep to a simpler font like in #57,#47,#49. I know boring fonts, but that is why the mark so important.

    Thank you very much!

    #41, #42 & #43

    Like where you are going. Maybe remove the the ovals (and the horse from #43) and play with the font choices little for the 'Ikigai'

    #33 Like where you are going with this, however, the blue mark looks very familiar to some other logos especially FYE (for your entertainment). Also try to *avoid* using the company initials 'IE'

    Maybe play with the fonts and the abstract mark?

    #35 & #36

    Can we play with the fonts and colors a little bit?

    @Creativeart

    In your notes you mentioned using some other colors such as red and or orange. Could we see that?

    Also, maybe more of an abstract mark?

    Thanks

    #21 and #22 a little less industrial more fun.

    #14 can we expand the mark or integrate the mark more organically?

    @TrendWebsiteDesign

    #5 can we see something a bit more organic?

    #29 Interesting, however 'Ikigai' is a little hard to read.

    #30 & #31 'Ikigai' a bit big. Nice font choice

    Can we add an abstract mark?

    #20 Interesting color choices the yellows and greens. Please try to stay away from obvious clip art.

    #7 Nice shade of blue. Can we see a different shape/icon/abstract mark instead of the 'IE'?

    @Everyone

    Wow what a wonderful surprise to wake up and see more submissions! For those of you who just submitted, Thank you.

    Just a few general notes:

    'Ikigai' doesn't have to be on top only. It can be on top of or left of Entertainment.

    Lets try to keep the Name of the company using a clean font and have fun with an icon or symbol to represent the company. If you can merge both, feel free.

    Here is a list of production companies that have bite, but not too overbearing symbols that integrate with the company names. These are only for reference for thinking outside the box. They are NOT for replication of what we want. You guys are the best of the world competing here and I don't want to restrict your creativity too much. ;)

    @Everyone

    We are not sure if this will be useful, but the word 'Ikigai' is Japanese and loosely translates into "that which you live for". Its pronounced 'ee-key-guy.'

    Hope this helps :)

    Hi LogoLogic! Thank you for your submission. Could we see some other symbol ideas?
    Thanks!

    @Everyone

    Its OK to have Ikigai above Entertainment.

    Colors are only a suggestion, but all colors are welcome.

    @Lancelot #2
    Hi Lancelot! Thank you for your submission. Could we see a more defined symbol and increased spacing between letters in the name with a more muted color on the name. Also no people in symbol.
    Thanks!

    Hi! Thanks for your submission. While we could see it work as a graphic for a credit roll, we are looking more for a corporate brand that will also work well on business cards, letterheads, etc. in addition to the credit roll graphic. It is definitely eye-catching. :)
