  Stratton Capital Management

  No

I am looking for a logo that will convey strength, stability, integrity, professionalism.
I would like a logo that is simple, modern, impressive and impactful yet muted, not pretentious, yet carries itself with gravitas.
I've noted some examples in the ideas space below.

  Financial Services

  Logo Type
Abstract Mark

  Masculine
Modern
Sophisticated
Simple
Professional

Black, gray, blue, or green. Various shades. Flexible on color. Leaning toward charcoal gray or black, but depends on the design.
NO reds, yellows, golds, oranges.

I am targeting a younger clientele (40 and under) so I want to move away from a logo that is equated with "old wall street." Examples of that: Columns, $ signs, Upward arrow graphs, etc. I would prefer a logo that is simple, modern, impressive but muted, not pretentious, something that younger investors will not shy away from. Examples:
From past Mycroburst contest- Hawkstone Advisory 1/28/13 (winning logo, logo with the blue diamond, logo with the hawk), From 99 Designs- Capbridge Group, The Blackstone Group, From Mycroburst- MSMB Capital 8/14/12, Altcapman.com (this is a good thought, but it's a little too busy, I think). For some absolute NOT what I'm looking for- Bennett Wealth Advisors (old Wall St.), Tier 1 Capital Management (too whimsical.)
For reference- here's my competition: meridiania.com, limc.com, smithcap.com, mendelcapital.net, foundationresourcemanagement.com.
I apologize for the long brief, but I wanted to give some direction. I look forward to everyone's creative genius!
