We are looking to have a logo designed for a medical/healthcare company called Somnocor. We would like this logo to be very medical/pharmaceutical in the overall look and feel. We do not want to have characters or design elements that look to playful. Corporate is key. Business Concept: A Somnocor home sleep disorder test is a convenient alternative to sleep center/hosptial testing that can be performed in the comfort and privacy of a patient’s home, at a fraction of the cost of a sleep laboratory study. We are opened to looking at different ways to spell out Somnocor i.e. SomnoCor, somnoCor, etc. Ideally we see it spelled the original way but if a designer has another way please feel free to show us. The entire company is based on performing a sleep study within a patient’s own house. I am not sure if we can create a logo that someway conveys this without being too playful – a very corporate look is a necessity for the approved logo.
